Plastic Barrel Mover
We have designed and manufactured a plastic barrel mover attachment to lift a wide range of screw top and plastic HDPE drums.
Key requirements
Screw top and HDPE drums are used across the food industry for storing products such as olives, pickles, and gherkins. We have designed and manufactured a band attachment that will fit all our standard barrel movers.
Key features:
- lift screw top drums from pallets;
- handle a variety of HDPE drums;
- capacity of up to 350kg;
- interchangeable with standard drum gripping tool;
- easy to install and use.
Band attachent
The band attachment is curved and has been designed to fit the contour of 205L plastic drums. The unique rubber-lined band remains in contact with the drum at all times whilst a ratchet and polyester strap secures the drum in place before maneuvering around the workplace.
Steel, plastic and fibreboard drums from 200 to 220 litres can be handled with this band. Alternatively, we can supply our universal drum catch that grips onto the top edge of the drum.
