Small Drum Lifting Attachment

The DPA03 small drum attachment is a useful add-on for our ‘DTP’ drum lifters, allowing operators to handle small drums and jerrycans.

Overview

Small drums and jerrycans are frequently used across industry to store smaller volumes of materials, typically weighing between 10kg and 150kg—often too heavy to lift safely by hand. The DPA03 addresses this by fitting directly onto the standard rack frame of DTP models. It allows lifting from pallets using either single or double-handle holds. Designed to minimise manual handling and the risk of injury, this attachment helps organisations comply with workplace safety standards while boosting operational productivity.

Attachment Features

The DPA03 features a stainless-steel boom arm and two adjustable chain hooks to accommodate different drum sizes and handle configurations. The vertical position and chain length can be altered to suit various container heights. For drums with a single handle, a central hook point is also provided.

Why Choose This Attachment?

For companies already using STS equipment, the DPA03 maximises the versatility of their investment by expanding the range of containers they can handle. If your operations only require the handling of larger drums (50–220 litres), visit our Drum Lifting Equipment page for more suitable models.
