Key product features

Stainless steel construction

Stainless Steel medical gas cylinder trolley

Stainless steel construction

Each gas trolley is constructed from 304-grade stainless steel. The 1 ¼” tube is mirror-polished and all welds are etched using the latest tig brushing techniques. The finish of the stainless steel is smooth and clean making it easy to clean and disinfect in hospital environments.

Many trolleys available on the market are steel in construction with a painted finish. Painted units are prone to chips/damage and over time the steel can subsequently rust. Keep your facility clean and professional with this paint-free unit.

Gas cylinder sizes

A medical gas cylinder trolley with two different size gas cylinders.

Gas cylinder sizes

This medical gas cylinder trolley comes in two variants CTS04-A for larger cylinders and CTS04-B for smaller cylinders. The ‘A’ model will handle cylinders of up to 200mm in diameter and 1350mm in height. The ‘B’ model will handle cylinders of 150mm in diameter and 950mm in height.

If you have gas cylinders that are of an unusual size please get in touch and we will be happy to make a recommendation.

Elasticated rubber tyres

Chemical resistant wheels on the Medical-Gas-Cylinder-Trolley

Elasticated rubber tyres

The wheels fitted to the medical gas cylinder trolleys are plastic centred and have elasticated rubber tyres. The wheels feature roller bearings offering smooth movement. Healthcare workers will find the trolleys easy to use as they require minimal effort to move.

Upon request, we are able to offer ATEX / UKEX-certified units which are fitted with anti-static wheels and earthing chains.

Retaining straps

Retaining straps

Neoprene retaining straps (5mm thick) are fitted to the cylinder trolley. These straps have a range of securing holes to allow tightening around a wide range of cylinder sizes. The straps are quiet and easy to secure making them ideal for medical environments where patients may be resting nearby.
